Building a daily reflective practice
People call it different names. Mindfulness. Meditation. Journaling. Being still. Questioning and so on.
But the practice is insanely simple: take some minutes to slow down, think about, and answer one conscious question today.
Nothing fancy. Focus on just one today. Then, another every day.
It’s simple. But not easy. That’s why so many people don’t do this consistently/daily.
I can attribute several of the most important decisions I have made to this practice. Through this practice, I have found clarity, support, peace of mind, strength. And I’m not alone. History is filled with public figures, business tycoons, intellectuals, and millions of others who achieved greatness, in part, due to their reflective practices.
It’s one of the reasons that after 10 weeks of sharing one conscious question daily with a group of 300 people (now 800+ people), we decided to open it up to you.
One Today [https://onetoday.xyz] supports anyone interested in building their reflective practice and leading their best life - a flourishing life. After you sign up, you’ll get one question every weekday that you can think about, or use as a prompt for journaling.
It’s that simple. Start today. And don’t break the chain. Your first week is on us.
Focus on the one today. It is worth more than two tomorrows.
