Niches are beautiful

Don't think broadly.

I've learned that you can't serve everyone. You are likely not for everybody.

Narrow your gaze and focus on the niche you choose to serve.

Be happy to exclude everyone else.

You can either talk about serving a minimum viable audience all day. Or you can just put your heads down you build something that 1 person loves, then 5 people, and then 10, 100, and so on.
