The obvious solution trap
When a solution is obvious, the problem is rarely the only problem.
The new goal should be finding the problems worth solving.
Even when the problem persists after the solution has been deployed. Especially then.
We can take a step back to find where there is a gap - an experience, skill, knowledge, expectation, or trust gap.
Sometimes, we don’t find the answers we seek. But what we find is more empowering than answers. We find a series of smaller questions that we’ve left unanswered.
