Process vs experimentation

Process is an attempt to get surprise all the way down to zero.

Experimentation is the complete constant bathing in surprise.

You can’t have both.

For each area, it may be helpful to decide which you want, and why.

It’s okay to say “we’ve experimented with this and created this process based on what we learned. We will stick with it for the next 6 months and re-evaluate after that.”
