No one can reframe for you
It's easy to recommend practical advice and solutions for people.
It's not impossible to prescribe a list of what to do in most situations.
Afterall, there is no entirely new problem.
What you can't do is reframe a problem for others. For it to be effective, they have to do it by themselves.
Several problems become non-existent immediately we reframe what they are and what power they (don't) have over us.
The real work though, is in the reframing. It's in really answering why this is a problem in the first place, tracing it back to the first time we encountered it, and changing the story we have been telling ourselves about it.
It's simple. It's daring. What it isn't is easy.
But when you do the work, you'll be grateful you did.
