Same page

Getting everyone on the same page as you is a laudable aspiration.

But check if that's not driven by an unconscious pull towards control. The control of an otherwise shared narrative.

I’ve learnt that having everyone read together does more good than forcing everyone to be on the same page.

Decide with others what the most important thing is. Likely, that’s not what you are dragging everyone to the same page for. Then, accept that it is okay for others to hold different perspectives.

It's a better alternative. It opens the door for enrolment.
