Take your own advice
Imagine you were your own coach. You know yourself better than anyone does and have a lot of context than anyone else in matters concerning you.
When you ask the coach version of yourself what to do, oftentimes, the answer reveals itself.
The challenge is that the answer is often not comfortable. The coach version of you can easily tell the operator version of you what to do. They seem not to have skin in the game other than the fact that they know and love you, and will benefit from the decisions you make in the future.
But the operator version of you knows the effort required to do what you’ve just discovered.
What’s left is for you to take your own advice.
