Talk and stop
Say exactly what you intend to say. Then stop when it’s said.
Don’t prepare a word salad.
All the other words you would have used to pad your message only waters it down.
Instead of showing you care, those words cloud our perception of the thought you’ve put into this. You can show up with authenticity by saying what you have in mind. Be clear, succinct, and kind.
And say nothing more.
