But where do you take feedback from?

Reality or public opinion?

Reality isn’t a popularity contest. It shows you exactly how the world works, even if it’s not what you hoped for.

Public opinion may be louder and more convenient because it thrives on raves, voice of the herd, echo chambers and social cohesion.

It can be tempting to go with the loudest voice in the room, rather than the message staring back at you in the face.
