Winning call

I have seen this to be true in the ventures I am involved in. Make the calls; but first, make sure it's a win for the other party.
Let the call lead to a victory for them. Only then should you make the call.
Or as they say today, ‘shoot your shot’. I’ll add, shoot your shot only when it will be beneficial to the other.
